Body, mind, nourish, recharge.
Self-care sounds good in theory, but in practice you spend your 'self-care day' scrolling your phone and feeling guilty that you're not doing something more intentional. Having a loose plan for what to do makes the difference between actually recharging and wasting the day.
doth.is has a self-care checklist with 4 categories: body (skincare, stretching, baths), mind (journaling, meditation, reading), nourish (cooking your favorite meal, hydrating), and recharge (napping, walking outside, calling someone you love). Pick the activities that speak to you.

A good self-care day includes something for your body (bath, skincare, stretching), mind (journaling, meditation, digital detox), nourishment (cooking a favorite meal, staying hydrated), and rest (napping, going outside, connecting with someone you love).
Ideally, schedule a full self-care day once a month. But daily micro self-care matters more: 10 minutes of stretching, a proper meal, going outside, or a few pages of a book. Use the checklist to build small self-care habits into your regular routine.
Quick self-care (under 15 minutes): a face mask, a 10-minute walk outside, journaling three things you're grateful for, making a nice cup of tea, stretching, doing your nails, listening to a favorite song, or texting someone you love.
Use the doth.is self-care template as a menu — don't try to do everything. Pick 4-5 activities across body, mind, nourish, and recharge categories. Block the day on your calendar. Start slow in the morning and let the day flow naturally.
